Sometree will support Snow Patrol on their upcoming Germany Tour in may. Sometree will also play their exclusive summer festival show at Immergut Festival – Neustrelitz in May. For the full tour schedule click here

I was lucky enough to listen to a rough mix of their upcoming album “yonder” to be released this fall, if everything goes well. I can tell you that it’s great. More melodic, orchestral driven true Sometree style. Be excited and catch at their upcoming shows, where they will perform a few tracks from the new album.

hope you guys are enjoying Green Concorde on tour. If you missed them, then you can see them on tele at germany´s WDR @ 11th May 2009 0:30 hours. The show will also feature a performance by Gods of Blitz and an acoustic song by Green Concorde – next to the electric show in Cologne.

our friends from Denmark, aka Green Concorde, will be play at the 4th of April in Cologn @ Werkstatt. The show will be filmed by the WDR and will be broadcasted on 11th of May between 0.30 – 2.40 hours at WDR 3. For more infos go here.

Hi Everyone,

Green Concorde are back with their fantistic new album called “down the corridor to the exit through the gates out into safety”. It´s only nine songs and about 30 min long, but it showcases everything that we like about the genre “indi-rock”: passion, cleverness, beauty, otherness.

The band returns with an album, that differs a lot to their debut. The band tamed their rage, left their sonic youth guitars in their cases and wrote some more beautiful dark lyric, acquainted a keyboard and came with a lot of great melodic arrangements. BUT we are not talking 80s pop here, we are talking about angst-ridden sadness formed into music and lyrics by four young men. Think about the post – VU albums by John Cale (“Paris 1919″/”Island Triology”) or Brian Eno (“Before and After Science”).

Listen to two of their new songs here. First is the Song: Miami. The only song, that might have fitted the last album. The second song is: Flowers Of Romance. To me the best song, they have written so far. Full of beautiful melodies and airy rhythm.

The Album will be released in Germany, Austria and Switzerland: 06th March 2009.
